We do not accept returns for customized products, including printed boxes and labels. Returns are only accepted if items arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at aryabeautyco85@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will respond within 7 working days to discuss next steps, which may include a refund or replacement depending on the situation. Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds Refunds are issued for products that arrive damaged, faulty, or are lost by the courier. Refunds are not issued based on personal preference.
Cancelled Orders & Failed Payments If your order is cancelled or payment fails, any charge will be automatically returned to your original payment method within a few business days.
